REFUND & RETURN

Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for damages or shortages must be made with photo taken within 24 hours after receipt of the product. We will refund for the broken egg quantity based on the product price itself. Refund will be given by vouchers or e-wallet method within 3 days. The claim of refund will be determined by Success Natural Farmhouse by case basic. We will not refund if it is determined by us that the product was mishandled (eg. Improper storage method etc) or other factors that caused by buyer.

REFUND & RETURN DUE TO SLOW DELIVERY BY COURIER

Full refund of total product value will be issued in the forms of voucher (for next purchase) if the buyer does not receive the item 14 days or more after we ship out the item.

Returning of product is not required and refund will be issued after parcel received. Buyers should approach us to make claims.
